To unlock the Cache of Madness bosses (3,4,5,6) someone in your party needs to have an Archaeology skill of 225. Inspect 4 fragments to summon boss.
1. High Priest Venoxis
/i Avoid poison clouds. Interrupt Whispers of Hethiss. 2 players linked with toxic beam, run away from each other to break. Turns into snake, move away from puddles & avoid frontal cone Breath of Hethiss. Run away from Bloodvenom tendrils.
2. Bloodlord Mandokir
/i Charges a player, deals high damage. Lands on a player with Devastating Slam, deals high damage in a frontal cone. Boss will revive raptor if killed. Raptor kills the Chained Spirits when ordered. Chained Spirits revive dead players.
3. Cache of Madness – Gri’lek

/i Interrupt Wrath. Uses Earth Shock. At 66% & 33% boss puts all but 1 player to sleep. The awake player must run from the illusions (if they reach you die), kill the illusions to free players.
5. Cache of Madness – Renataki
/i Deadly Poison inflicts a nature dot, this stacks. Vanishes then Ambushes a player. Move as far away as possible to reduce damage of Thousand Blades (charges & spins around). At 30% goes into Frenzy.
6. Cache of Madness – Wushoolay
/i Move out of Lightning Cloud. Careful of large frontal cone Forked Lightning. Boss turns into lightning & rushes to location of a player casting Lightning Rod, run away as all nearby will be damaged & knocked back.
7. High Priestess Kilnara
/i All in front of boss for Wave of Agony will take damage & be knocked back. Interrupt Tears of Blood. At 50% boss transforms & releases all panthers. All nearby hit with Vengeful Smash. Disappears then creeps behind a player inflicting the bleed Ravage.
/i Players keep moving to avoid Zanzili Fire & tank drink a Toxic Torment from cauldron. Interrupt Voodoo Bolt. Summons zombies to attack & Berserker fixates on a player. Move out of toxic gas.
9. Jin’do the Godbreaker
/i Tank boss out of Deadzone & when casts Shadows of Hakkar all run back in, move out again when ends. Kill Spirit Warriors. Phase 2 stay near chains, get a Gurubashi Spirit to use Body Slam by chain to break them. Keep moving to avoid Shadow Spike.
